Swan Song No Longer: Tivoli Bar Open Again

The Black Swan pub in Tivoli has reopened its doors.The bar opened at 9 p.m. Thursday for a soft opening to work out the kinks, owner Gerard Hurley said.
Hurley said he has invested more than $70,000 in the bar.
